Crystal Healing

Crystal Healing is a vibrational healing which has been used for thousands of years. It works on the principle that every thing is energy and vibrates at various frequencies. Every living thing has a vibrational energy system which includes the chakras.

The chakras are our energy centres their function is to vitalise the physical body, the chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. When an individual is out of balance, the vibration of the crystal may help to rebalance the body’s energy and bring the imbalance back into harmony.

The client will lie down on a treatment couch fully clothed, with eyes closed for relaxation. The practitioner will place crystals on the chakras points and also around the body to begin the process of healing.

As we are all unique beings, every Crystal Healing session is individual too, if you are physically healthy, you will still benefit as a Crystal Healing session balances, cleanses and harmonises.
