Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges are based on the value, weight and size, the postal amount will show when selecting your item.

Recorded delivery is used in most deliveries, this will require a signature, If the item is delivered by the postal service but not received and signed for by you or a nominated person it will be returned back to the Post Office, if it is not collected from the post office within 10 days it will be returned to Haven of Peace, another postal charge will be made to re-send this item out to you.

We aim to deliver orders within 5 - 7 busines days, we will do our best to deliver your item on time but we are unable to accept any liability due to delays by the postal service.
